I bought two dalmation mollies from petsmart an they were both pregnant, got a shock there. 46+ babies I have them in a separate tank but I'm wondering when would be a good time frame to find them homes I don't plan on keeping all of them maybe two or three but 46 is to many. Any help on when I can start finding them new homes??

Not sure where you live but a lot of pet stores will take your fish right away some of your mom-and-pop stores will take the babies at a certain size if you make and OK symbol that is a perfect size for the mom-and-pop stores and you might be able to get store credit.

    Hello Paula...

Good luck with this species. They're high maintenance and not a good fish for a beginner. Keep their tank water extremely clean and feed a varied diet of low phosphate flakes, freeze dried and frozen foods. You're lucky you have them in a reasonably good sized tank.
