Mystery snail, floating problems

I recently got an ivory mystery snail and he easily keeps getting air trapped in his shell. When i first got him, he started floating, but i did the trick where you hold them upside down & let air bubbles come out of him but it has happned more than twice now, so im wondering if theres a way to keep it from happening or is it a common thing in mystery snails?

yeah mine is acting very strange after a water change. he keeps falling off the glass and isn’t moving much
