Hi guys, this is my first thread.
I wanted to know what was up with my mystery snail.
His(?) head is inside his shell along with the front part of his foot.
    Here are some pics:

Update: now he’s realllllly up in his shell.
    Should I move him?

I wouldn't worry about him. He is probably just growing his shell a bit. If he is still like that tomorrow morning, then I would be concerned.

I had just changed the tank water, and when I put him back in, he became like that.
I only have the snail in there.
When I picked him up, a blob of slime came out. Is this normal as well?
    Thank you so much :)

How new is your tank? it looks like there are bubbles on the glass possibly indicating a newly set up tank. So you may want to test your paramaters ammonia nitrites and nitrates right away.
