So, I recently got a Betta and I've been thinking about getting a mystery snail (haven't decided what kind yet) to go in the same tank. I know a lot of people do it, but I was wondering about the pH difference. How do I give the snail enough calcium without raising the pH too much for my betta? I know I can feed it vegetables high in calcium such as broccoli, but will this be enough? My pH is currently aprox. 6.8

So I have a small piece of cuttle bone in my filter (size of tip of my thumb). It didn't raise my PH much and it didn't effect my betta at all. I feed zucchini, broccoli, and specialty pellets made for snails and shrimp since they have added calcium to them. All my snails are thriving:)

What pellets do you get?
