Not to doubt you but it doesn’t look like baby tears on google?

No, Baby tears stay very low to the base, not getting much taller than 2 or 3 inches. The stems in your pictures don't look like baby tears' stems, and are much longer. It looks just like mine when I had first ordered them from eBay.
Bacopa can be best used in the background of the tank, or in the middle, if trimmed low. It grows very fast under the right conditions

It’s hard to tell since it’s in bad condition, but from what I can see it looks more like bacopa caroliniana, most likely emersed.

Dosnt really look like bacopa carolinia in my opinion. I have it emersed and submerged and the leaves aren’t right on this plant. Probably some sort of bacopa tho

Ok thanks how should I trim it? It came with a order of jungle Val and they’re all broken up... will they be ok or do I need to cut the broken ones off

Bacopa more or less “snaps”. If this is the case, cut off the broken part and plant in substrate. They are a Colum and root feeder. They require high light to grow well and a high fertz substrate. And maybe contact the seller asking what it is
