I really want to say neon or cardinal tetra, but the fins are making my lean towards WCMM

But do WCMM have that thick of a streak of blue?? Cuz if so, that's pretty cool. lol I was thinking cardinal tetra >.<

I think it's a minnow, I don't believe neons or cardinals have that black spot at the base of the tail. So I'd guess WCMM as well.

That's true...I scrolled back a little and saw the post about his lighting and enhancing the blue thickness...it's still pretty cool!

Can you get another picture? It's hard to tell. I don't think it's a WCMM, but I could be wrong.

It is definitely a WCMM, if you look really hard you can see the borders on the dorsal and analfins, and the red in the caudal. The blue will be less bright as it grows, it is still quite young and small.
