Mystery Eggs found in my tank

Hi there! I just found these egg sac things a few days ago. I’ve never seen these before in my tank! Any idea what they could be? I’ll include a list of fish in my tank at the bottom. But the sac is a clear white sac with a single yellowish egg inside, I have found 3 so far and they are all located on my Anubis nana plant. I’ve had all of these fish for at least a 2 years and this is the first I’m seeing eggs, no idea what of my fish are male or female!
Fish: mollies, amber tetras, phantom tetras, Florida flag fish, rainbow fish, Glo tetras, one zebra plecko, cherry shrimp, amano shrimp, snails

What kind of snails? Definitely not from the mollies.

They are pond snails, I’ve had pond snail eggs in my tank before and these look completely different
