Mystery Egg Clutch!

I have several mystery snails and I have had them for months. Well I just added some small clay pots and a big rock. Well there not moving or eating. Why would this be happening? 2 have died already. What should I do please???  I'm sorry I'm new and don't see how to post a status.

Did they stop moving/eating when you put the clay pots and big rock in the tank? Or can you tell us when this behavior started?
