Ordered some shrimp and green crypt and this came along with them. What do I have?

Not java moss although I did get a little bit of that with the shrimp too

Are there two or three leaves at each segment? Maybe guppy grass like others have said, maybe elodea canadensis?

Two per segment. Doesn't look like elodea to me

Yea, it’s not. Elodea has 3 per segment
