Nice tank. Is it 13" or a 18" W? Your Oscars are going to thrive there!

Thanks every1 its a slight downgrade from my old tank wich was a 6ft x 3ft x 3ft custom built, sadly and shockingly i came home from work one day to a swimming pool in my louge as the weight of the tank broke the legs on the stand and the rest is history But none the less this new 6ft x 1.5ft x 2ft will do the job untill i save enough cash to get me my monstor dream tank..

Looks like your off to a good start. The stand for your 6x3x3 must have been a bit dodgy for it to break. That's the reason why no matter what stand I get I add extra strength to it myself. $50 worth of timber & bolts is always money well spent.

Im sorry to say. but from What I see that stand looks like you built it your self. You may want to fortify it so you dont come home to the same mess some time in the future. Also if you do not have concrete underneath the floor then I would try to spread the weight out more. You can put a flat peice of wood under the stand. That should do the trick. other than that it is looking great and good luck!
