I have them in a recently cycled 100litre tank with a goldfish and 2 weather loaches in too. They have nowhere else to go since my old 25litre now has my daughters guppies and fry in there. I have a breeding net but think they need Java moss to lay there eggs (which I have).
Can anyone tell me how to overcome this cos I wouldn't mind giving the eggs a chance?
    Thanks in advance, Leigh

    Welcome to FishLore :)

Congrats on the fry. I'm sorry, I don't know about breeding. Hopefully spme other members will be a long that can help you.
Does it have to be java moss? Perhaps another kind of plant?

    Best of luck!

I think you can use any plants for them to lay in but peoples opinion is that its as good as you'll get. Anyway I left them to it & everyone had caviar for breakfast but left me 3 eggs, they hatched today/ last night and are in my fry net...
Lets see how they get on, cheers
