How much do you feed? When was your last water change and what are your parameters?

I feed twice a day, did a water change last night and cleaned substrate, 0,0,20

Are you running a hob filter? Has it recently been cleaned?

My water gets a bit cloudy right after a water change. I'd give it another day and see if it clears up.

I have had this happen. I believe it's high phosphates causing the problem. I ended up using a chemical called Phosphate Rx which ended the problem. Now I'm sure there is an underlying cause for the high phosphates....but I'm not sure what it is.

The pet stores also sell a bottle of liquid to clear water....(several brands). These also work but some people are against adding extra chemicals to their tanks.

Just a bacterial bloom. Meaning the bb got interrupted and is catching up to the bioload.

Did you by chance disturb the substrate at all?

It should clear itself.
