Hello everyone, today, i got my very first pair of saltwater fish - two banggai cardinals!
I am very proud because after a year of my tank sitting with rock, water, sand and EVERYTHING but fish for a whole year.. I finally have one!
I also got given a cleaner shrimp by the LFS lady, who gave it to me because i'm a regular :) (how i can be a regular without buying a fish... well i bought all my live rock and tank etc from there)

    So here are the pictures:

Congrats on getting your first sw fish. Love the Banggai. Saw some at the Baltimore Aquarium while on vacation last month. Thought they were neat looking.

Congrats on the new additions Char. They're beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Queston? A year? Did it just take that long to get everything balanced or just setting it all up piece by piece? Just curious :)
    Best wishes.

thankyou all for the nice comments! :)
i would reply using quotes but i am on my nintendo DS, and it takes a while -

thankyou for the nice comments! and to the first poster - i too have been to baltimore aquarium, its awsome!
to the next poster (sorry i probably got the order wwrong, and i dont remember names, i agree - the mandarin goby is my favorate fish, but i hear they dont do so well in captivity! ;(
to the next poster (ken i think?) it took me a year for 2 reasons; 1, i wanted to make sure i was doing it right, and secondly beacause i dont have much money! :D so it HAD to be done piece! and i sure will get a picture up, but i warn you it doesnt look very spectacular ;(

thanks to everyone who replied with nice comments! ;)

    **Update

All three new additions seem to be eating well (I feed them half a cube of brine shrimp with garlic a day), and what the fish don't eat the shrimp eats up :)
