:nono: No you enablers. I didn't buy any fish, but of course, I had to wander over to look at the bettas. They had so many, 108 of them. I was surprised, all their cups were clean and they were very active and healthy looking. I notice a young lady changing their water and feeding them. I thanked her for taking such good care of them. She's been changing every one's water every 3 days. She told me they didn't order any Bettas but the corporation had sent them anyway. They spent a few days in a warehouse before being shipped. Once they get them, they can't send them back. The corporation had even sent bettas to stores that no longer carry fish. She said she was going to do the best she could to keep everyone's cup clean. She had even taken some betta tanks and bowls (yuck, I know, but bigger than cups) off the shelves to give the bigger ones some room. She added a plant and some pretty marbles for substrate. It made me happy that she cared so much and was trying to make the best out of a bad situation. This young lady, an enabler if I ever saw one, kept pointing out beautiful betta babies, picking up a cup and saying look at this one. With 11 tanks up and running, I really couldn't bring any home. Anyway, a huge thank you to the girl working so hard to keep their cups and bowls clean.
