If I could have anything in this hobby ? I wouldn’t choose any corals, tanks, equipments or fishes, Im happy with what I have. But if I could have 1 wish it would be to have smaller hands lol. I always break a fragile sps or knock something over in the tank when i do a water change. Yesterday I got brave.

I removed half of the hard scape whilst doing the Wc. It went well tbh, I think il look at doing this 1 time every 6 months or so.

I think these coral rock structures like this are absolutely beautiful in and out of water. It almost reminds me of the cearribiean coral live rock I’ve seen for sale. So much life in one photo! Amazing!

Thanks man, I created this last December out of that dry life rock stuff and epoxy. Coolest thing was when the emerald crab appeared lol

I was running a kessil A160 at first. Amazing light. Now i have the AI prime, the prime i think is$200. Its a good light and the go to for most nano tanks. I swapped it to AI prime as when i get my bigger tank il be having a hydra, so I thought its better to have matching lights as i can then control them both on the same app. Id recommend the prime any day to someone setting a nano Reef. Il have to look at the light you mentioned as I’ve not heard pf it before l.

Its so annoying! Big hands + small tank = disaster. On your next build you will do the good structure, this is my first real sturdy built scape. Im working away this week so face-timed my tank as I am missing it lol.

I only monitor salinity and carbonate hardness really. The KH I try keep it between 9 and 10, (it slips way low regularly I think due to coraline. Salinity is 1.025 temperature is 25c. That is all lol. I try change 12 liters of water out at least every 7–10 days. Feed very 2 days either flake or frozen and target feed corals with reef roids every now and then - I couldn’t give a schedule Im random with that; never more than twice a week though. I use red sea blue bucket salt. Ive bought two Acropora both of which perished. The secret to this tank looking good is simple corals and water changes. I have got salfert amino acids on the way to dose as I did use Acro Power a while back and the tank was even brighter ! So I will see how that goes.
