HI

If you think she is on the brink of birth than you could get a breeder box and put her in there so both the fry and her will be safe. Try not to have here in the breeder box for too long though.

Hope this helps

I have read online about many cases where the female dies from the stress of being transferred to a breeder box.. that's why I am still having her in the main tank.. should I just move her to a breeder box??

Maybe, it's risky.

Maybe try to find a large one?

Mysteriously she died
I was going to take her out to put in a bucket but then I saw that she was not moving much inside the tank just very slow swimming.. so I didn't take her out and left her in the tank itself and I went to my room..
Then after a while my sister told me one of my molly is stuck on the plants and I was like what!!??

I went to look at her and she was in the plants and was not breathing.. she was not floating to the top so I didn't think it to be dead.. then I removed her from the plants and moved her towards the output of my filter and she was carried awayby the water from the filter and sunk.. she didnt float.. then I looked at her at the bottom of the tank and found no movement..

Then I took her out and her stomach was huge I thought it was pregnant but when I touched its stomach it felt like there's nothing inside.. this made me wonder whether it was bloated or is it something else..

What do you think guys... Anything I can do to protect other mollies..
