Do you have a quarantine or hospital tank? I would quarantine the platy and the corys just in case. Here's a real good article to help you decide how you want to treat the ich (or whitespot):

Next time, make sure you quarantine all new fish before putting them in their permanent home. And if you bring home a sick fish and can't return it, go ahead and treat it before putting it down if you can. I believe you could have saved it.

There are common medicines for white spot. Dont use anything by interpet though.
Get some tomorrow ASAP because the shops are prob all closed now.

It's not hard as long as you treat it according to the directions.

Next time you get fish, you choose which ones you want!!! Don't just say you want two platies, tell them you want that red platy and that orange one with the black spot, or whatever. And carefully examine each and every fish for any signs of disease, so this doesn't happen again! But don't worry, Ich (I mean white spot) is annoying but usually not fatal, and should go away with proper treatment--although expect to see spots on any other fish you have in there Be sure not to overdose the meds, since Cories can be sensitive to them. Adding 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons, raising the temp a few degrees VERY GRADUALLY, and doing frequent water changes can help.

I agree with 0morrokh on your visits to the fish store, but I would not recommend the salt in your tank. Corys are sensitive to salt and may not tolerate it very well. Try and get a treatment that doesn't require salt for your tank.
