Hey, I know I havn't been on much at all recently, life is pretty hectic with high school and now my sis getting married (no need to comment, this is a post on fish, but yes, we all do approve and are excited), but I'd just like to update you on my most recent of many of my new tank designs. It is a Marineland Eclipse System 3 (3gal.) aquarium that I've had for about 6 years and have only had to replace the light once and have had not a single problem besides that. It houses a male halfmoon betta. The decore is about 1.5-2 inch deep gravel (yes, it is rather thick, but some roots didn't anchor the plants well, so the extra gravel has a perpose) and 3 bamboo plants, one cut into to halfs in hopes of propegating it, also they are starting to grow out the top of the lid for a cool effect, and 20 individual moneywort plants. Here also are some pictures of my other aquatic animals including my angelfish, powder blue dwarf gourami, juvinile platies, and my crayfish.
