Yes. but built on the side of the tank.

You can add some peat moss to the filter.
That will make it really tea colored.

 

How much per gallon?

 

Not sure on how much per gallon, but go slowly so the pH doesn't drop too much at once.

Maybe a little bit every week and wait until you find the perfect water shade.

Do you have any gardening stores?
I don't think that you'll find one at an LFS.

You could also make your own blackwater solution.

You can get safe leaves like IAL, oak, and magnolia and boil it in tank water. It will be basically a blackwater mix. You can also buy these at an LFS.

 

That's what I am doing, adding this solution of "leaf tea" weekly, and I boiled some leaves before drop them in the tank.

 

Boiling the leaves extracts some tannins from them.

Looks good... If you go with 75 gallon Discus Tank 's recommendation you will have the "tint" soon.

I had only a thin layer of sand on this tank. I used to grow Oscars there. So i'm changing slowly. and I already have 30kg of sand which i'm adding like each maintance.

About the plants, I have 2 microssorum and the other one I didn't identify yet. I use a 3w spot led light 6500k above them. Tank has 15 inches high

Oh, btw i've put some ADA substrate arround the rocks (were the microssorum are attached) and the other plant is rooted. I still have some resting substrate for a nano planted tank.

Yeah. I noticed that. I dropped the Brown "tea" in my tank. But I raised the ph before and used prime. But tbh I didn't notice a big difference
