My Molly(poecilia Sphenops) Has A Hole On Its Side Of His Head

my molly has a hole on his side of his head. I can see through the hole and I see his red gills just going, I noticed it yesterday and he was acting very weird liking eating some slimy stuff in the filter that we clean and he would keep going at it. He looks ok now but acts very weird and I am very concerned about him. Here is a picture I got of him.. you can see a hole with red in the middle near his eye. And you can see his gills move. thank you for helping



and we also have 4 glow fish in there but they don't show harm to the molly

Water parameters? pH, temp, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates?

How often do you do water changes, and how much do you change?

Hes the only one and fluorescent fish hes with. We don't change it often maybe once every 2 weeks.

 

What species of glo fish though? There are three common species of glo fish (zebra danios, tiger barbs, and skirt tetra), and all three can be nippy.

Can you answer my other questions, in detail please? We want to help you, but we need more information.
