My mollies got ich

So I have a 30 gallon tank stocked with 4 mollies 4 panda corys 2 swordtails and 2 nerite snails. I noticed my mollies all had white spots on them and immediately moved them to a quarantine tank.
I took care of the ich on the mollies and in the quarantine tank itself. It has been 3 days now and none of my other fish in main tank are displaying signs of ich.
Is it possible that only the mollies had them?

It is possible the mollies are the only ones affected OR it could be that the ich has dropped off and is currently reproducing in the substrate getting ready to attach the the other fish. Usually with ich if one gets it most do. I don't even move fish if I see ich- the whole tank gets the heat method as a precaution.

I did raise the main tank to 82 as a precaution. If I dont see ich by tomorrow should they be okay? I read the early stages is only like 2 or 3 days

I had great results with seachem paraguard. I would remove the snails to the quarantine tank and treat the main tank with paraguard without raising the temperature for 2 weeks. Paraguard is safe for fish and shrimp but snails not so much.

I would treat with anything if it is not needed. Just wait a couple more days and if there are no symptoms you should be fine.
