My Green Plants Suffer From Yellowing

Dears

Any one can help me my plants seems suffering I did my best to provide all requirements

Tank Size : 100 x 40 x 40 CM
Lighting : LED : 6500 K 6 hr daily
Fertilizer : Flourish tabs and liquid
Aqua soil
2 bubbles Per second of co2
Tank Age : 3 Weeks

It appears to me that you may have some diatoms, how long has this tank been running?

 

Thanks for reply , around 24 days ago and I noticed New leaf blooms are not green as well

 

I just did water test today and below parameters I had
PH : 7
Ammonia : 0
Nitrites : 0
Nitrates: 20
GH: 3
KH: 0
I really appreciate your advices and tell me what I must to do to save the plants

Algae. A nerite will clean it up. Horned nerites stay small and will clean plants.
That brown algae is common in new set ups.
The plants aren't looking too bad, don't despair.
