My Goldfish Tank

Overly complicated but I love my gadgets...
2 goldfish
2 corydoras
1 nerite snail
Some shrimp? Maybe goldfish food....

20g tank, 20 gallon sump with:
Sulfur reactor
150 mesh sieve with carbon
Hob filter
Tons of lava rock with half a$$ed. airstone circulation.
Spray bar at bottom of tank. blowing across gravel on return line. Plus siphon break hole!
Cheap 15w grow bulb, will be updated...
All fake plants except random vine my buddy had growing out of DT.

THAT'S ABOUT IT!

Looks nice. No shrimp with Goldie’s though unless you’re feeding them lunch.

Yeah pretty much given up on them.... They got eaten for sure.

Any good inverts I could use as cleaners? Also thinking of getting more shrimp and putting them in sump .

Also, probably going to get more Cory's. The tank is still fairly new so I wanted to stock slow. Probably getting 4 to 6 more bronze Cory's. Or another similar temperate water species.

One mystery snail survives with my two fantails. Used to be two but responsibility for Minnie's early demise can't be proven conclusively. SlI'm occasionally gets knocked rear end over tin cups though if Maybelle thinks he is sitting on a piece of Repashy.

Goldiemom, you think that my two would eat all the shrimp even if I gave them some ½" PVC and other protective shelters to hang out in? I would like to make the tank a more interesting place for the fish by including a self-sustaining prey population.

All you can do is try. I had a platy fry that survived with mine when I switched tanks and missed him. He hid in the plants.
