My fish (a Thai tiger) is growing too big for my tank located in my bedroom. We fitted a much larger tank in my dads office and We moved it there. My dad told me it didn't eat any food for a week. I thought it was normal due to the changed environment and stress caused by moving. I decided to pay my fish a visit, and I to my surprise, it ate the food I fed. The next day, my dad fed the fish, it refuse the food. We let another guy try feeding my fish and it still refuse the food. Then in another day, I dropped by and fed some food which the fish ate up.
This is so weird as I have no idea my fish remember me so much to a point it will pick the food because of that. I want to ask do anyone have any similar issue? can I still train my fish to accept food from others?
btw, usually we will feed some fish pellet as main food source with some frozen fish or shrimp.
