My fish is swimming on his side and upside down!!

My fish lives in a ten gallon tank and suddenly started swimming in circles. I don’t think it is swim bladder disease because he is circling up and down the tank. He will also stop circling and will eat food. ( even if he is not hungry ) he is responsive to things around him but, he will not stop circling and I do not know what to do.

Do a water change right now, as you are concerned, and rightfully so. Try 30% or so and don't dump the water back in-go slow.

Today I also tried a epsom salt bath and boiled peas without the shell just in case it was swim bladder but, he keeps swimming in circles constantly. Also he is a male glofish tetra.
