My first fry - need help

I was delighted to find five little 1-2cm P. DemasonI fry in my tank today! Only trouble is I have no idea what to do with them. I am about to put them in a breeding net to keep them separate from the adults. What should I feed them? I have algae blocks... I also have first bites but I don't know if that's too much protein for mbunas. I also have NLS Thera-A cichlid pellets I could crush for them.

Algae block and the pellets sounds like the way to go.

They also seem to already be a little aggressive towards each other. I put some plants and gravel in the breeder net to give them some hiding places. Any other ideas?
