My dad started this tank in August of 1977 and the only thing that he has changed is the lighting and power heads. All corals are 14 to 34 yrs old and the oldest fish in his tank is his female Green Mandarin(9yrs old) and the youngest is his Sebae clown pair (3 yrs old). The first pic is from 1999 and the second pic is as of last night :) and the rest are the corals and live stock he has in the tank.

Thank you all he has worked very hard to maintain it and only loss 2 fish and 2 corals due to the tank getting to hot when his chiller went during a heat wave back in 1988.

That is a VERY impressive record! Especially considering how hard it is to get saltwater livestock from the ocean or their breeders to the tank. A lot of them don't have DOA guarantees. I've had friends who lost $600 fish and couldn't get their money back or replacements because they didn't survive the trip.

    Major respect for your father.
