The water parameters and everything are normal and I haven’t changed anything about his diet if that helps

Is there any scrapes or anything on or around the bump?

Not a lot to do for either, really. A cyst may pop later on. Just kinda keep an eye on it. May not even affect the pleco.

If it eventually pops, frequent water changes should help prevent infection. If it grows bigger or starts affecting the pleco to where it can't swim, might have to consider something, but til then, if the fish is acting normal, observation is mostly it.
