My Bettas fins are turning clear

I got my double tailed betta in November 2020, He had a white body and then red to blue fins. he started in a 1.5g tank with a heater and then I moved him to a three gallon tank with a heater and air filter. A couple weeks ago I noticed he had some progressive fin rot and began treating him with aquarium salt, it didn’t seem to get worse, but then I noticed that he had lost almost all of the red in his fins and he now has a white body and then blue to clear/translucent fins with some red spots. I have been treating his fin rot with aquarium salt and although I don’t think he has it anymore his fins have not seemed to grow back and I’m really worried about his colour. I recently started using seachem stressguard along with the aquarium salt. I use prime conditioner and have Indian almond leaves in the tank with him. I do a water change everyday and re dose the salt and conditioner with the new water. He gets fed twice everyday with a mix of both pellets and bloodworms. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I have attached a picture from today.

I'm sure it's fine if you are doing daily water changes.

Are there any sharp decorations in there that he might be ripping his fins on?

I had a fake skull in my tank (not with a betta) and the holes were pretty sharp.

Do you have a picture of when you first got him for comparison?

He also looks a little emaciated from that angle, any chance you could also get a picture from the top?

Pablo had fin rot that was pretty aggressive, I noticed it about two weeks ago and was treating it within little doses of aquarium salt and water changes. I then noticed he was losing his red colour, which I thought may be the marbling gene, but am worried that it has something to do with his fin rot. At the beginning of this week I began treating him with 1/2 teaspoon of aquarium salt per gallon as well as stressguard and his conditioner. I have been doing 100% water changes everyday and haven’t seen and progress in his colour or regrowth. He is still pretty active and is eating as normal, but I’m still scared he is sick.
