My betta is getting stressed

So, my betta who I brought 9 weeks before is acting quite stressed and he is getting those stress stripes too, I just changed his water so I thought it was normal and I was right his stress stripes went off. After that I went near his tank and suddenly he started getting his stress stripes I quickly back off and decided to give him some time. Next day I came back to his tank and took a mirror so he can flare and play with me, the breeder who I imported my betta said this flaring helps him to be more dominant and active so I did just that but for some reason he is getting stressed again, it has never happened ever even after a water change He usually just flares back at the mirror, but nope, this continues after 2,3 days
My tank is 5 gallon
And my tds is perfect
Pls can anyone help my betta

You should check your water parameters, and do you have a lot of hiding spots for your Betta to conceal himself/herself?

Then that might be an issue because majority of fish love hiding spots.

I doubt he needs all those products. Sounds like water quality to me. Let us know when you're able to test your params OP

Ok so I did something stupid, My heater was fluctuating and I didn't even notice that its broken lol. It was a pretty old heater
and this issue has never happened to me so I ignored my heater
I quickly remove it after I realised my mistake. My betta is recovering now it has been 8 hours after this has happened
Even though he is a bit cautious He is now happily swimming around the tank without any problem instead of hiding between plants
I am sorry for my stupidity I will sure learn from my mistakes
And I will definitely give my betta the best life possible

Btw everyone asked for his pic here it is :

That's some good news! So going forward, you really have to pay attention to every aspect of your aquarium on a daily basis. Also, beautiful betta by the way. I like the contrast between the Blue and close to Gold. ;)
