So I notice some of my fry are hanging from the bubble nest and side of the tank... but a huge amount are laying at the bottom of the tank... some are just swimming in circle and not up and down... dad is having a hard time collecting them too... my question is will they be okay? Thanks in advance

They'll be fine. It's normal for babies to stay near the nest after they have hatched. The male should continue putting them there until they become completely freeswimming.

Thanks... and does this happen because they did not develop properly while they were in egg form?? Or did they hatch too soon... its only been 30 hrs since eggs were laid...

That sounds about right. They are hanging onto the glass and the nest because they are not free swimming yet. The fry will become freeswimming in a couple of days. Once they are you can remove the male.

Ok.. its just weird that they are spinning in circle at the bottom of the tank... I never had that happen to me in all my other spawn... thanks for the quick reply...

Most likely that is because the male isn't picking them up.
