My Bala Sharks Are Sick... Need Help.

A few minutes ago right before feeding, my fiance noticed that our female Bala Shark, Crimson had very noticeable white spots on her body. At first we thought it was ich, but once we got a closer look at her, we do not think it is ich (we had a Platy with ich months ago & it doesn't look the same). Then, our male Bala, Rocky came closer & we noticed he had some of the same spots, just not as severe as Crimson. No other fish in our tank seems to have the spots. Not sure if this is dangerous? Not sure if this is something that will not only kill them but others?

We have had Rocky & Crimson for a long time, & are very attached to these guys. Any suggestions or advise please give. We are not sure what is going to happen next... (picture below of Crimson).

This appears to be some sort of fungus to me. I can't say for sure without more pics however. Can you provide pictures of both of them and from different angles. From what Ive experienced and read, fungus is usually a secondary infection after the immune system is lowered by something else. I wouldn't treat until you can get more pics on here and we can help out more. In the meantime, frequent water changes would be your best and sure bet.

What are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings for the tank? How long ago was the ich treated? I agree with posting more pictures as well. This looks like a mix of a few different things possibly.

Agree with this. My guess is the ich was never truly killed off, and it is causing a secondary infection appearing as the fungus here. Tank readings would be great to have

Crimson passed away early this morning. & our other Balas spots aren't as noticeable, plus he won't stay still long enough to get a picture.

When we had a fish with ich, it was a different tank. We have not had any problems with this tank, until we moved about 1 month ago. We went from a 55 gallon to a 125 & slowly added our fish to the tank. Had no problems until yesterday.
