My 220 Planted Tank Build

Well, you were right ... the Silver Dollars made a buffet of my plants. I took them to my son's house today. He has a 75 bow front. Drip acclimated them for an hour and put them in. Stayed a few hours to make sure they were okay, than came back home to clean up the mess I made in my tank getting them out. All is fine in both tanks now. Hope my plants will make a full recovery.

 

the big one to the left is a red melon sword and the grass looking one is jungle val and corkscrew val. Thanks for the compliments, I just got this tank started back up and am currently waiting for everything to grow and fill in until I move again.

 

Update !! Added some more plants and fish. I did add fertilizer also. I am really loving this planted tank. I put a tera cotta pot in there with the back and top broke off. I am going to add more pots.
