    It's a featherfin catfish - a close relative of the upside-down. :)
They seem to be doing well, huh? :)

You should not mix African Cichlids with New World Cichlids.

You have room for more fish. Firemouth Cichlid, Severum, Chocolate Cichlid, Eartheater Cichlid, Blue Acara, Salvini. All suitable, semi aggressive Cichlids.

What is your current stock list?

You should be able to add 2-3 more fish from my list.

Thankfully, it's a JD, not an Oscar. They used to have a lot of fight in them but not so much anymore (at least, the captive-bred ones.) Oscars are quite a bit more aggressive.

Where did you hear this? My JD is more aggressive than my Oscar. My Oscar gets beat up by my blood parrots half his size. Oscars have a big mouth, that's about it. Not very aggressive.

Agreed my oscars are very aggressive. My first jack Dempsey jumped out and my other one was bullied by my oscar so much i had to rehome him.

My second oscar is big dopy but when my smaller oscar messes with him they fight

Aggressive they fight alot but after i took out all the rocks they dont really get scratched up alot. Oddly enough they will mesd with my grern terror but completely ignore my clown knife
I guess its because them and the green terror compete for food

If the feeder is to small they will probably keep attacking it until.it slowly dies. So make sure there smaller. Plus big feeders have more fat

Yes, but an Oscar will grow far faster than your other fish. That could cause some problems.
