Mutant Bladder Snails?

It seems like a few of the snails growing in my cycling tank have weird growths. I thought it was just one but now I’ve seen 2-3. They are really tiny so it’s hard to get a good shot, but has anyone seen something like this before?

 

That's a ****. Or whatever the snail world calls them. I would assume it just got done mating and hasn't fully retracted it yet.
