Im going to move my fish to my 20 gallon today and i was wondering, if i put all the decor and gravel and the same filter with the same cartridges will the tank be cycled? I already let the tank run for like 5 days and i was just wondering.

It sounds like your filter isn't cycled yet so when you move everything to the new tank you'll still be cycling & will have to keep on top of the water stats.
A lot of people here recommend Tetra safe start to speed up the process, I'll let them advise you on that as I've never used it

If the filter is fully cycled & you are only adding the fish you already have, then yes you can just move everything over, keep an eye on your water stats & feed a little less for a few days just in case you have a mini cycle.
