Moving Houses Help!

I am moving and we found a place 40 minutes from where I am currently
but, there will be a 5 day period where we will be staying at a friends house

I have a 55 gallon planted tank with a EBA, 2 angels, 1 GBR, 2 fancytail guppys, 7 emerald greed corries, and a albino bristlense pleco, and in a 3.5 gallon a betta (but I'm not to worried about)

In that 5 day period I might be able to set up the tank I mean I kinda have to they can't survive in my little 10 gallon, I have for a quarantine tank but currently not in use,

but won't that cause them a lot of stress, fishing them out and putting them back in and then fishing them out again in a bucket for 40 minutes then put back into there other tank?

The tank should be the last thing to take down and move at the old house, and the first thing to set up in the new house, you don't want the fish sitting in buckets for too long than they have to.

I recommend draining the tank completely of its water, removing any large rocks or decorations that could potentially shift or fall over, that is a hazard to the glass. I had someone move an aquarium from two states over and they didn't take out these huge castle decorations and they bounced around during the drive which cracked the glass.

You might have luck using a battery operated air pump to supply the fish with some oxygen while the move happens, and I would also recommend having some prime on hand. The cycled media can go in a separate bucket with water, as long as that doesn't go dry it should be just fine. I personally wouldn't wait to set up the tank at the new house, you should get the filters running and the fish into a stable environment as quickly as possible.

the problem is I have a 5 days from when we have to move out until I can move into the other one so i’ll have to set up the tank twice I was just gonna leave the tank kinda bare after I set it up the first time maybe with a few hiding places and then wait till I for sure set it up to go all the setting up if that makes sense I just don’t want my fish to die, I have a big bottle of prime I use it a lot, and then should I get some stress what’s it does that not actually help?

Some things can't be helped, as long as you take all the precautions you can to minimize stress they should be okay. Think what a fish goes through being shipped to a store and then from the store to someones house, it's pretty comparable. Stressguard will aid in calming the fish and prevent possible illnesses occurring from stress.

If you want to allow them to settle a bit before transporting them again could you not either ask your friend to take them a week or so earlier than when you move out (reducing the stress for yourself of moving a tank and everything else) or again ask them to hold onto it for a week or so while you get your new place set up. Obviously this might not be practical to do so don't worry too much but any opportunity to reduce stress for both you or your fish should be taken!

Can you ask a LFS to hold them for a week, until you get settled in the new place.

I moved a few months ago and I asked work if I could set my tank up in the office for the month I was in between houses.
LFS like some one suggested.
Or like you said keep the tank pretty bare and set it up on the ground in your friends garage. Or even a large tote
