Took my first steps towards my first saltwater aquarium. My local fish store had this aquarium on clearance, and before I could say no, the sales women offered to put it on layaway for me. . . So yeah a few more payment and it mine!

and that’s as far as I’ve gotten. . . Obviously will need lights, wave maker, heater etc.

My gut instinct for lighting is fluval cause I like there freshwater stuff and the blutooth/app. . .

I would love one of the wave makers that have the cord on the outside of tank, but don’t want a wave maker that costs more than the tank. . .

and I’m totally down for stocking suggestions. The only fish I’m pretty certain I want is a small wrasse of some kind, think they are neat. . .

would love some cool inverts too, ones that won’t kill fish or coral. . .

so this is gonna be a long process but figured I’d start getting advice now.

Isn't it really difficult to keep a 20 gallon saltwater stable?

You should be fine with a 20 gallon. Just keep it low stocked with fish.

Thinking 2 clowns, CUC, some coral. . . Would love a little wrasse, and the guy at the store recommend an anemone ounce the tank is established. . . Thoughts?
