Molted or dead shrimp?

Found this in my filter today (where the shrimp usually hang out). So the shrimp is kinda torn in half, and it looks like meat is coming out of the other end but I'm not sure. I have 3 amano shrimp and 2 blue diamond shrimp. (Two of the amanos went missing today) and the other two blue diamonds are in the filter with the dead/molted shrimp!

I believe it’s dead, molts are usually like a cast of the shrimp. If you can see the shrimps insides he’s probably passed. He’s also pink, another reason to make me think it’s dead

 

That, unfortunately, is a dead shrimp. Molts are clearish/whitish.

 

Ok but I just died for like no reason? They were acting all normal yesterday. Now this today...

 

Maybe fill in the sick fish template? I don't know how to link it here... but it's at the top of the Fish Disease section of the forum. Called emergency template I think. That will give everyone all your pertinent information so we can see what's going on in your tank.

If it were a molting problem it could happen over night. I've also had shrimp pass overnight when seemingly healthy the previous day due to tank conditions but usually temperature related or a failed molt.
