So I bought a peppermint molly a few months back and he literally goes from female guppy to female guppy doing absolute heads in. I have a few pregnant females but have not seen any new fry in a few months. This could be something to do with it. Any suggestions on what to do in this situation? Introduce a female molly maybe? Separate him or offer him to another good aquarist who has room?

200L, 3ft length, I am selling a lot of the young male guppy’s so once they shift I will add two more mollys or rehome, thanks!

Mollies & Guppies can interbreed so if it's a male Molly annoying your female guppies that might be the issue, I would make sure you have a good ratio of male to female mollies if that's the case.

Personally all the mollies I've ever kept with the exception of lyretail mollies) been semi-aggressive even though I know they're supposed to be a peaceful species. I think they are beautiful but can be buttheads too.
