Molly Or Mixture?

This molly? was born of another molly in my tank. He has been courting two of my female fish for months to no avail. I was wondering if he might be a mix or if he might just be a little different. When he was born he was unable to swim. He sat at the bottom of the breader for weeks before learning to swim off the bottom. Then he lived in a castle for months. Then he started getting spots, got interested in girls, and joined the school. Is he a slow bloomer, mixture, or normal molly?

Do males have different body shapes than females? I know there is a clear difference in fin shape.

Slightly different, yes. Males are more bulky and their weight is fairly evenly spread out whereas a female will be more pudgy at the front. He may of been the runt of the litter and could have a bit of stunting going on because of it but he looks alright to me.
