Molly Fish With Large Bump? Tumor? Help Please!

A few days ago I noticed on my Molly’s chest area that a large bump appeared it’s off centered and other than the lump itself my fish has been acting normal. can anyone point me in the direction of what this may be?

No. Everything seems totally normal except for the bump. I figured I would give it a few days to see if it got smaller or bigger but it hasn’t. I will post a picture I took from the first day I noticed it. It was definitely an all of a sudden thing though, not slowly growing with time.

If it grows bigger in a few more days, that means your fish likely has a tumor.

 

So what can I do for that?? Anything??

 

Nope. Unless you want to pay a lot of money for a vet to cut it off. Doesn't guarantee that the tumor won't come back.
