Molly fish acting strange

Hey fellow fish lovers, so I added 2 female Dalmatian mollies into my 36gal tank. After a few weeks one of them started doing this weird thing where she would spin back to a vertical position, head up and then shimmy and then return back to normal horizontally swimming completely fine. She’s only been doing it for a day but it’s really weird looking and has me worried.
i attached a screenshot I took during a video I have of her doing it. After a lot of research all I found is that she may be about to drop fry ? Could be possible she came from a tank full of males but she doesn’t exactly look pregnant in my opinion. And I don’t think it’s dropsy because she swims completely fine it’s almost voluntary when she does this. Any suggestions on what it might be or what’s going on?? Other fish in the tank are fine other then I’m treating for a slight ich outbreak. And water parameters are normal, I check regularly and keep a well maintained tank. It’s been established for years.

She could have ich in her gills or elsewhere, the medicine could be affecting her, she could be experiencing "labor pains" She might be having an early drop from stress.
She may have "the shimmies" It is a thing that mollies can get when they are in the wrong water conditions. Many mollies will thrive in a wide range of water conditions, even breed in them. But mollies are a fish that ideally would have a ph of or over 7.5, and a tank with aquarium salt. Mollies can survive in a full saltwater aquarium if acclimated carefully. I don't know if your fish has "the shimmies" but if all of the other tank mates tolerate salt, consider adding at least a small amount. It will kill the ich as well.

Yeah maybe the ich is effecting her. I’m still treating. But she definitely has the shimmies and just starting some flashing, I do use some salt in the tank not a whole lot but fairly regularly just to add some minerals back into the water. I’ve bread mollies before also and they have always done completely fine in the type of water I keep. I try to keep things in the middle because I do have corys also and I don’t want to irritate them. But I did add some salt and the second dose for the ich treatment. I’m thinking it’s from the ich because she doesn’t have any other physical signs (spots, fin rot, flukes etc.)

I wanted to update and let you know, you were right! She was pregnant lol the little Dalmatian mollies are so stinkin cute! I had two and unfortunately one got eaten before I could get it out but the one that’s left (now separate) is just so cute and growing really quick compared to my gups. Thank you for your insight!
