Molly and Shrimp? Just aking out of curiosity

I have a question about mollies and keeping shrimp. So I have 3 mollies and 2 fry. Now I have some algae growth starting on some of my decor and was thinking about adding maybe 1 or 2 shrimp. But I've been told, mollies will just straight eat the shrimp AND the shrimp will eat the fry. But the curiosity is, will shrimp eat the fry I have pictured? (Apologies for poor quality, hard to get a good picture) They are about a month and a half old and seem like they'd be too big to be eaten by shrimp. Also, would the mollies just devour shrimp if they were introduced?

The shrimp won't eat the fry, unless they are dead or dying. The mollies, however, will munch on the shrimp. If you want to avoid that, I can recommend amano shrimp.

I've had gosties in with bettas, mollies, platies, and guppies. No problem.
Personally, my shrimp don't make a noticeable difference in algae population. I'd suggest changing your lighting schedule, cleaner water, or what ultimately worked for me get a tun of live plants. Live plants are easier then fake imo!!

 

Never heard and I've never experienced that shrimps would eat living fry. Only when those fry are dead, they'll eat them.
