I know dwarf puffers get aggresive but is there any way I can put a black molly with 2-3 dwarf puffers in a 10 gallon. My molly is currently in a 10 gallon with 5 serpae tetras and is constantly having pieces of its fins ripped off. I want to move it to increase the serpae school so the fin nipping isn't as bad.

I wouldn't add any more fish. The mollys and serpae tetras need at least a 20 gallon minimum to live a healthy life.

First of all mollies are super active and need to be kept in schools of 3 in 20+ gallons. I would consider trying to find another home for him. I have never kept serpaes but I have kept other large tetras and they at least need 20+ gallons.
