Mixing Guppy Fry

My guppy gave birth yesterday I have the new fry in a 3 gallon tank but the tank only have neon color lights can I put them in the tank with the 1 and 2 month the 1 and 2 month old fry are in tank with a brighter light the one with pink gravel

Personally I don't think moving them around a lot is a great idea at this age.

Yeah, they seem to have enough cover for now. I don't know what age they SHOULD be moved, so don't quote me on this, but I think 2 weeks or so would be adequet.

The 3 gallon she gave birth in is really dirty and smelly I'm trying to clean it

As long as the tank has 0 ammonia and nitrite and less than 20 nitrates the light won't matter.
I see you're not familiar with the nitrogen cycle, click on the highlighted blue words, it's really essential to fish keeping.

I guess this may present issues in maintaining fry health, as they aren't the best with ammonia, but other than that, be careful not to suck the little blighters out and you should be fine. If you feel this is an emergency situation, I've heard of people using basters to suck up fry
