Missing scales.. is this injury or sickness?

My black moor was treated for internal worms on a Friday with PraziPro due to stringy white poop. However today she lost some scales and has a little red dot under one eye, I’m thinking she may have injured herself but not sure if related to the parasites. The edges of the scales missing does have one white spot but again not sure do that is an injury or bacteria. What do I need to do to help her? water is zero ammonia and .25 nitrite today. I added prime for nitrite and will test tomorrow. Any other thoughts? She is a bully and has been bumping the veiltail all around lately so injury seems very likely. I have dragon stones too(pic for reference) so wonderingI need to remove a few:/ Would love help Thanks

He may be cutting himself on sharp rocks. Get smooth round ones if possible.

They aren’t sharp as they have smooth edges but still some protruding edges:/ I guess will have to see about removing those thanks!

You're welcome.
Hope it helps. Also, make sure your water is clean he may be getting an infected cut explaining the red dot.

the red dot is under her eye, would that happen? I assumed the red was eye injury possibly from same incident..? I just treated them for worms so trying to keep water until Tues but if I have to change I will. Is .25 nitrite too high with 0 ammonia?

Actually when I tested today I still had .25 nitrite but also 80 nitrates! I didn’t even think to test for nitrates since I was still cycling and it had only been 2 weeks. So I did a big water change and hopefully that was the issue or injury- not sickness! Ugh I feel awful I know there are no known issues with high nitrates for goldfish but in case Hopefully that helps!
