Mike I really need your help

I want to make a website with the same stuff your using. How did you do it??? I can't even get the PHP going. I just downloaded SMF,PHP, and apache. How do you make them work for the SMF? I want to create a site for anime and gaming fans

 

Go to www.smfforfree.com to make a forum. I made one too a long time ago.

I also have a forum on another site but I hate it. This forum is so cool and it looks a lot better. Does this mean I should uninstall PHP, MySQL, apache and SMF?

 

I change my mind. I made it a saltwater ant reef forum. I hope mike will let me advertise it. I don't want to give out the link till mike says its ok

I changed everything into a saltwater and reef forum. I do have a gaming forum as well but only 7 members.

 

For my saltwater forum I added a freshwater area on it. I could not single it out

 

hey there - just saw this thread... As long as you link back to Fishlore.com on your forum I don't mind you telling others about your forum. It's a two way street bro. I think ATM has a site too.

If you had just signed up and started trying to recruit FishLore members to join your site, I'd prolly have an issue with that. But since you participate and help others, we be cool.

I've had to do some tweaking to make the forum look like it does... mainly to css files. There are many templates you can use with SMF software too.

 

Also, I'd rather you list us under "friends" or something and not "Sponsored" since we're not paying you to list Fishlore on your forum.

 

I cut out the clownfish from one of my photos and then replaced the on the server. I think the is "on.gif".
