Might be swim bladder might be something else

TheDustyRain

I noticed a few days ago my female beta, one of five in my tank as well as many other fish, was laying in the plants a lot and not really swimming, she’s all white bought her all white… started to get black spots on her tail. Only this one fish has this so I thought maybe color coming in cuz she’s little I figured she’s young. Now she’s floating funny and sideways. I pulled her out and put her in a measuring cup with water from her tank, she immediately rested and I could tell she was tired. Now she’s either laying flat on the bottom of the cup or swimming up n down like pictures. Shall my other fish are fine I noticed one other beta has a tiny bit of these black spots. Help! I don’t want to lose my pretty girl

She doesn't look too bloaty, but if you suspect swim bladder maybe fast 3-4 days and see if she swims a bit more right...

Whenever I see a betta that is in a sorority or a community tank having issues my mind goes straight to stress.
Try giving her place of her own, see how she does.

Forgot to ask, what are 'many other fish' and what's the tank size?

Sixty gallon…lots of hiding spaces. A few tetras, a few Gourami, 2 rainbow shark,a bala shark, 3corys, 3 Siamese alge eaters…a couple of mollies, the sorority, two frogs…a mystery snail and some ramhorn snails

But whatever it was she died in that cup a few hours after I posted this so I’m gonna take her to the pet store I got her from and see if they know what happened by the looks of her.

Aw, I'm so sorry to hear. :(
You've got a heck of a variety there. Might be a good idea to re-think their compatibility.

This is a tank that ended up housing a tank that someone else didn’t want to keep… my fish are the sorority and the snails the rest are combination of a rescue situation and good timing
