Mickey Mouse platy problems

Help! I don't know what to do. I have 2 Mickey Mouse platy's in a 1o gallon cycled tank. 1 is male and one is a pregnant female. My male Yellow is driving Red (her) nuts. He is constantly trying to mate with her. I tried to introduce a new female but she was ignored and died this morning. I don't know if I should try and introduce another female again or just leave them be. Please help me!

It is probably best if you just get males, but it then they might fight.do you want them to have fry if you do get two more females.make sure they look healthy and make sure you there's not problem you can see, then quarantine them for a month.in the meantime give your female places to from the male.

I'd rehome your female and get more males. There should be more female platies than males to prevent aggression, but you'll be overrun with fry if you add more females (no, they won't eat all of the fry).
